THE TS Marmion naval cadets unit will host its annual sailing regatta north of Hillarys Boat Harbour these school holidays.
Cadets from Albany, Mandurah and Cockburn will compete against local TS Marmion crews between September 30 and October 6 to take away the trophy.
All cadets from recruits to petty officers are eligible to compete in a crew.

READ NOWThis year’s TS Marmion skippers are Finn Jackson, Jessica Bonner and Eve Jackson from Duncraig Senior High School and former Mindarie High School student Alannah Brown.
“Along with the friendly competition, cadets will organise an indoor rock climbing activity, run a sport night, games night and quiz night,” commanding officer Clare McCaskie said.
“All these activities are designed to promote leadership and develop teamwork in our young people.”

The unit accepts enrolments from the year a child turns 13.
