Where can job seekers apply?

Aldi Australia encourages all interested applicants to visit aldicareers.com.au to search and apply for jobs in Western Australia. This is our preferred channel for recruitment and helps to ensure the application process is streamlined and efficient for both job seekers and our hiring team.

How many jobs are on offer?

Each of our WA stores will support 15 to 20 full and part-time positions, with the majority of these roles being assistant managers, trainee managers and retail assistants. Staff numbers per store generally reflects the trade level that the store is estimated to receive. We are currently recruiting multiple candidates for each WA position listed on our website.

How can applicants put themselves in the best position for employment? To find out more about working with Aldi and which career might be the best fit, applicants can take a 10-minute quiz at www.aldicareers. com.au/the-aldi-in-you. We also encourage people to take their previous career experience and personal attributes into consideration when completing their application. We’re looking for ambitious, dynamic and enthusiastic people to work at our first stores. What is the minimum number of hours a staff member is expected to work? Employees are typically required to work a minimum of 20 hours per week. Both store and warehouse operation roles offer flexible hours, with employee rosters scheduled well in advance so people can plan holidays and other commitments around their work. Are there plans for any other local stores? We are continuing to look for new opportunities to bring the Aldi shopping experience to West Australians and as a part of our expansion plans, have identified Currambine as a location of interest. We look forward to updating the community on this site as our plans progress.
