Hillary’s dog lover is shaking a can for RSPCA WA

The Hillarys resident said she had heard about the charity’s work, and offered to help on its Happy Tails Day street collection effort.

“I have always loved animals, and I would also encourage local animal lovers to lend a hand if they can, as every penny really does count,” she said.

RSPCA WA chief executive David van Ooran said the organisation relied on the community for support.
