Joondalup city centre carparks close as Kaleidoscope Festival gets ready

Tyler BrownJoondalup Times

SOME carparks in Joondalup will be closed as preparations start for Kaleidoscope Festival.

The closures will affect the carparks next to Joondalup Library, Lotteries House and the City of Joondalup administration building for periods between October 26 and November 8.

On event days – from November 1 to 4 – parking in the Joondalup Library under croft carpark will be accessible only until 3pm each day.

People seeking alternative parking are encouraged to use the Reid Promenade multi-storey carpark.
