Joondalup: Free fitness class with former Bachelor Sam Wood

Tyler BrownJoondalup Times

FORMER The Bachelor star Sam Wood wants to help people be fit and healthy with minimal effort.

Following the success of his online program, Wood has released the lifestyle book 28 by Sam Wood.

Using the motto ‘progress, not perfection’, it aims to help Australians “lose weight, feel better and take control of their health from the comfort of their homes and in just 28 minutes a day”.

It combines Wood’s experience as a personal trainer with the knowledge of nutritionist Steph Lowe and can be adapted to suit different tastes, dietary requirements and fitness levels.
