JOONDALUP Entertainers Theatre School is fundraising so 20 musical theatre students can jet off to Broadway next year.
The school will hold a Potterheads Quiz at the Perth Town Hall on Saturday, October 27 to raise funds for the JETS USA Disney Arts Tour 2019.
Principal Ros Boyer said the tour would bring the students a step closer to achieving their dream of one day performing on stage in a leading Broadway musical.

READ NOW“Students from JETS will walk the same streets as some of Broadway’s most famous actors, musicians and dancers,” she said.
Ms Boyer, dance teacher Alyssia Boyer, drama teacher Gloria Richmond as well as vocal teachers Clay Darius and Paula Parore will accompany the tour.
They will attend workshops at New York Film Academy, The Lee Strasberg Theatre and Film Institute, Stella Adler Studio of Acting, The New York Conservatory for Dramatic Arts, The American Academy of Dramatic Arts, The Acting Studio and Broadway Dance Center.
They will also go on a behind the scenes tour with Broadway Aladdin show followed by a workshop with cast members.
“The students have also been given the opportunity to do a Broadway Disney workshop and after successfully auditioning, will be performing at Disney World Orlando,” Ms Boyer said.
“This opportunity to take a group on an amazing trip of a lifetime can only be possible with the help of the wider community.”
The school, based at HBF Arena in Joondalup since 2005, has more than 160 students who attend classes in singing, acting, musical theatre, hip-hop, breaking and youth with disability inclusion.
