A MAN accused of photographing a 12-year-old girl in an intimidating manner in Butler has pleaded not guilty.
Yangebup resident Shane Warren Marshall appeared in Joondalup Magistrates Court yesterday and denied the accusation stemming from an incident on Lukin Drive on February 28.
The prosecution alleges Mr Marshall drove slowly behind a child and took photos of her between 3pm and 4.30pm.
Mr Marshall spent multiple weeks in custody after being arrested in March, before being released on home detention bail.
