Joondalup ratepayers could win $2000 off their rates bills by signing up to eRates

CITY of Joondalup ratepayers are encouraged to sign up to the City’s eRates service.

Anyone who has registered for eRates by Monday, July 9 has the chance to win their 2018-19 rates paid up to the value of $2000, which is being offered for the first time.

“Just like the many businesses that have changed the way they interact with their customers, their suppliers and their staff, local governments are also changing the way they deliver their services and engage with citizens,” Mayor Albert Jacob said.

“Receiving and sending notices electronically is more convenient for ratepayers and by going paperless, the City will save money on printing, distribution and administration costs.”

To register for eRates visit www.joondalup.wa.gov.au

The winner will be announced on Monday, July 16.
