Learn the skills of the circus ring

Lucy JarvisJoondalup Times

The Disco Cantito Association started its second term of CirQuest classes at Joondalup Primary School on February 2.

Instructors Michael Speranza and Amanda Cope will be teaching introduction to circus classes for children aged five to eight on Tuesdays from 4pm, and those aged eight to 12 from 5pm.

They said the younger classes were fast-paced and structured to optimise and develop children’s concentration and attention, and included aerials, acrobatics, juggling, hula hoops and other object manipulation skills.
