Man (25) charged with breaching VRO in Kingsley

A YOUNG man has been charged with a string of offences after he allegedly breached a violence restraining order in Kingsley this month.

The 25-year-old man allegedly broke into a home on Goollelal Drive and accosted his former girlfriend and her partner, police said.

The woman had a restraining order out on a man, said to be the accused.

Police charged him over the alleged VRO breach and break-in, for which he was charged with aggravated burglary, on June 9. Officers also accused him of perverting the course of justice for allegedly giving them a false name in an unrelated incident.

Furthermore, he was charged with two vehicle thefts.
