Younger brother, Mauricio Ignac Bascunan Cabrera has already fronted court on 11 charges of assault and is now facing 30 new charges in relation to 25 women.

The Edgewater resident is accused of two counts of sexual penetration without consent and 28 counts of unlawful assault between 2008 and 2017.

He had previously been allowed to continue practising while under supervision but Magistrate Gregory Benn banned him from doing so as part of his bail conditions.

His lawyer said, up until today, he had seen a “small number of patients” supervised at his home but had not worked at the clinic since his initial charges earlier in the year.

Mr Benn said he had now banned him from practising because of a large number of complainants and the extended period of the alleged offending.

He was granted bail on $10,000 surety and personal undertaking.

He was not required to plea to the 30 new charges, but has already pleaded not guilty to his initial 11 charges.

He is due back in court on September 7.

Older brother Rodrigo Andres Bascunan Cabrera is facing eight charges including four counts of sexual penetration without consent and four counts of unlawful assault, allegedly committed between 2012 and 2017 on six women.

The Palmyra resident was also banned from practising and granted bail on a $50,000 surety and personal undertaking.

He was not required to plea and is due in court on September 5.

The brothers, of Chilean descent, are not allowed within 2km of Perth international or domestic airports.
