He said Mr Bracher said “what the f*** are you doing getting out of your f***ing car” before “taking on a fighting stance”.

The prosecutor said Mr Bracher was warned to stop before the transit guards had to use OC Spray (pepper spray).

Magistrate Jennifer Hawkins acknowledged Mr Bracher had a similar offence on his record from 2017.

She said a “general deterrent” punishment was appropriate and fined him $700 plus court costs of $205.30.

Another man was also fined for “very dangerous” behaviour at Greenwood train station.

Travis Luke Hunter, who also did not appear in court, was charged with trespassing without a lawful excuse.

The prosecutor said Mr Hunter jumped off the train station platform and ran across the tracks.

He said when he was caught by the transit guards, he could not give a reason as to why he did it.

Ms Hawkins said the actions were “very dangerous” and fined him $400 plus court costs of $205.30.
