Mitchell Freeway traffic returning to normal after two crashes cleared

UPDATE: THE right-hand lane on the Mitchell Freeway has reopened after a ute reportedly flipped on its side in Connolly.

Greig Johnston, who drove past the crash, said traffic was slow in the area at the time.

The crash took place just before the Shenton Avenue exit.

Police and St John Ambulance were on the scene.

A second crash on the Mitchell Freeway was affecting southbound traffic near the Hutton Street entrance in Osborne Park.

The entrance was partially blocked, however the crash has no been cleared.
