More winners claim Saturday Lotto prize

MORE WA players have come forward to claim their Lotto wins, with a bricklayer ready to retire after the $642,608 from his ticket.

A Kingsley bricklayer’s plan to retire is now concrete as he came forward to claim one of Saturday Lotto’s Division One prizes from the weekend.

The winner said he made a split-second decision to buy a ticket that wasn’t from his usual retailer from Good Luck Lottery Centre in Hillarys, worth $642,608.

“I left the ticket in my glove box and forgot to check it over the weekend,” he said.

“I only remembered that I had it when I went to grab my daughter’s wallet from my car and saw the ticket.

“I think it’s time to retire, my job is a physical one and the win makes this decision a whole lot easier.”

A couple in their 50s from Secret Harbour has claimed another one of the four Saturday Lotto Division One Prize.

They said the win was more than what they expected as their ticket from The Lucky Charm in Secret Harbour ended up being worth $647,041.

“I was excited because I thought we had five numbers and we would get $1500,” the winner said.

The first winner who claimed one of the four winning tickets was an Armadale family, whose ticket from Armadale Agency now worth $651,836.

The search continues for the fourth winner from Saturday’s draw, with the numbers matching to an online account.
