Mullaloo surf lifesaver named national assessor of the year

MULLALOO Surf Life Saving Club’s Anne-Marie Widermanski was recently named Assessor of the Year at the Surf Life Saving Australia National Awards of Excellence.

“Anne-Marie has a long distinguished history in the area of assessing and in surf lifesaving in general,” a club announcement said.

“Joining in 1987, Anne-Marie has built up incredible amounts of experience and knowledge and is only too pleased to impart much of this on to others with similar passion and interests.”

Ms Widermanski is a life member at Mullaloo and of Surf Life Saving WA and has previously won the National Medal (2011), the SLSWA Volunteer of the Year award (2000), Administrator of the Year award (2007), Order of Merit – President’s Medal (2009) and Assessor of the Year (2009) and numerous club awards.
