New home for young adults with disability

The 12-unit LandCorp development at The Vive estate means young adults living with disability can live in a custom-built home with age-appropriate supported living services.

Lands Minister Terry Redman said there was a shortage of this type of care facility in Perth.

The homes will be near a proposed central nursing/administration centre to monitor the wellbeing of residents and provide a meeting and recreational area.
