Run by RAC, the Risky Roads campaign will send a list of roads identified by respondents online to local MPs.
Corporate affairs general manager Will Golsby said WA was above the national rate of road fatalities, with 161 people killed last year.
He said issues could include visibility, a dangerous junction or hazardous surface.
“There is more than 187,000 kilometres of road in WA and no-one knows those roads better than the people who drive, ride, cycle or walk on them every day,” he said.
