The at-home cook is one of 16 Australians to have their chosen recipe included in the digital cookbook Thermomix Recipes to Love.
Ms Langsford said she first stumbled across the pear and dark chocolate frangipane tart when experimenting in the kitchen with ideas for a Mother’s Day lunch.
“I chose that recipe as I have a weakness for fruit and chocolate pairings and wanted to make something other than raspberry and white chocolate,” she said.
“I could never have imagined that out of all the recipes entered that mine would be chosen – there are some very creative and talented cooks in the Thermomix recipe community.”
