Padbury Community Kindy to hold open day

PADBURY Community Kindy will hold an open day this Sunday.

The Caley Road kindy will have a sausage sizzle, cake stall, face painting, art and craft activities during the open day on May 19 from 10am to 1pm.

It runs a four-year-old kindergarten program based on children’s interest with a focus on social, emotional, physical and early literacy and numeracy development.

A voluntary parent committee manages the kindy, which puts an emphasis on play and exploration, including nature play, to improve child development.
