POLICE have charged a 42-year-old South Lake man following their investigation into incidents at a Hillarys massage clinic.
The man, who is no longer employed by the business, allegedly sexually assaulted a woman in her 20s during a remedial massage appointment.
He has been charged with two counts of sexual penetration without consent and will appear at Joondalup Magistrates Court today.
