CCTV clue to Perth armed robbery

POLICE have released CCTV footage of an armed robbery in The Lakes as they continue to look for those responsible for a spate of robberies from service stations last month.

In the space of about three hours overnight on May 26-27, the men targeted outlets at Beldon, Malaga and The Lakes.

The first incident occurred at a service station on Eddystone Avenue, Beldon about 11.30pm on Sunday May 26.

The second incident was at a service station on Beach Road, Malaga about 12.10am the following morning and the third occurred at a service station along Great Eastern Highway, The Lakes about 2.40am.

The first man is described as fair skinned with a medium build, dark brown hair and a beard.

The second man is described as fair skinned with a medium build.

Police are keen to speak to the driver of a blue Mitsubishi Magna who attended the service station on Eddystone Avenue, Beldon.

The driver was seen to approach the entry doors of the building before realising what was going on and driving off.

Police feel that driver may be able to provide valuable information.
