At a recent meeting, councillors agreed to buy Lot 489 Grand Boulevard for $26,297 and Lot 536 Davidson Terrace for $29,812 to maximise development on adjoining City-owned land at Lot 456 McLarty Avenue and Lot 522 Davidson Terrace.
