Princess Margaret Hospital fundraiser from Perth band Smooth

The band is hosting Music for Michael, in support of a friend’s 12-year-old son who is battling cancer, on May 12.

“After spending a few days in the children’s chemotherapy ward with a beautiful child so close to our hearts, three of the band members really wanted to find a way to help all of the amazingly inspirational children, parents and staff,” band member Michael Vaini said.

“The unit is amazing and the staff are inspiring. We wondered what we could do to help.
