ROC reaps rewards

Ms Eaton, founder of ROC (Resilience, Optimism, Confidence) Teen, received the award for best local school aged activity at the 2015 What's On 4 Junior Awards.

She founded the program as "a way to support young tweens" and teens' wellbeing and mental health in their journey through their adolescent years".

It is designed to educate parents and youth in the relevant and practical skills and tools required to enjoy a healthy mindset.
