Rocky Bay in Duncraig to get additional facilities

Tyler BrownJoondalup Times

A SPECIAL care facility in Duncraig will get a staff room and 14 additional parking bays following last month’s Joondalup council meeting.

A council document said “the majority” of the proposed development at Rocky Bay’s 15 Chessell Drive property was compliant with the City’s policies except for the rear setback, which would be 2.76m instead of 6m.

However, because this is next to Percy Doyle Reserve, “there is no impact on any surrounding landowner” and the development is considered “appropriate for the locality”.
