Three-storey apartment proposal in Warwick

PLANS to replace a house with seven apartments in Warwick are out for public comment.

The City of Joondalup is assessing the three-storey application at 7 Barnsbury Road in Warwick.

It proposes two two-bedroom units on the ground and second floors and two two-bedrooms and one one-bedroom on the first floor, and includes seven residential car parking bays and three visitor bays.

The applicant is seeking discretions in the areas of plot ratio, street setbacks and fencing, boundary wall height and length, site works and retaining walls, landscaping and visual privacy.
