Trains cancelled between Whitfords and Butler stations from Friday to Saturday night

NORTHERN suburbs residents going out this weekend might need to make alternative transport arrangements.

Trains on the Joondalup Line will be cancelled between Whitfords and Butler stations from Friday night until the last service on Saturday to facilitate works.

The last full-line services on Friday night will depart Perth Underground at 8.08pm or 8.23pm terminating at Clarkson station, and depart Butler at 8.33pm.

Trains will resume from the start of timetabled services Sunday.

Replacement buses will run while trains are cancelled but passengers should allow extra travelling time and be aware they may not connect with timetabled bus and train services.
