Trio charged over attack in Woodvale

Police allege the young men were part of a group of four that assaulted a 20-year-old Greenwood man and 20-year-old Woodvale man on Trappers Drive about 8pm on January 26.

Officers said one of the victims suffered serious injuries, including facial wounds and suspected brain injuries.

The three men, aged between 22 and 23, from Woodvale, Greenwood and Gwelup, were charged with assault occasioning bodily harm.

The Woodvale man was also charged with criminal damage, failing to stop after a traffic accident and reckless driving.

The Greenwood man faced an extra charge of criminal damage. Inquiries are continuing into a fourth man involved.

He was described as aged 20 to 25, about 180cm tall with shoulder-length hair and stubble. He was wearing a flat-brim baseball cap.
