POLICE have charged a third youth over the double arson of a Warwick home.

Officers allege a 17-year-old Marangaroo boy was an accomplice to another boy (17) and a girl (15) already charged over the incident.

The trio is accused of setting fire to the Willow Road property on April 17 and May 1 causing about $475,000 damage.

The two-storey home was burned beyond repair and required demolition.

The latest alleged offender is due to face Perth Children’s Court today on charges of criminal damage by fire, burglary and theft.
