A POD of five humpback whales put on a show of tail slaps, full body breaches and somersaults in the first whale-watching cruise of the season.

Hillarys-based AQWA and Mills Charters partnered for the first ‘ocean adventure’ cruise of 2015 on September 2.

Held every Wednesday during the whale migration season, the AQWA-guided cruises involve a three to four-hour search for humpback whales, sea lions and dolphins off the Perth coast.
