Adair (53) and Gautam Bhutkar (47) combined for a 100-run opening stand.

The under-13s Green also achieved a premiership on defeating Kingsley Woodvale Gold at Falklands.

Later this year, Joondalup Kinross Cricket Club will celebrate their 25th anniversary with a gala dinner.
