Locals shine in tight contest

Quinns Rocks resident Alise Farrelly finished second and Mindarie’s Kerry Mullholland came third behind winner Katey Gibb, with only a minute separating the first five women in the race at Hillarys.

Mullholland said she and Farrelly both found the coastline, running trails and cycle paths in the northern suburbs to be excellent training grounds for maintaining an elite standard.
