“Running a sporting club relies on individuals with a passion for the game and the community they are a part of, who are committing their time and effort for the greater group,” president Michael Watson said.

“We are excited that Emily Hamilton has come on board and we are looking forward to creating a strong and ongoing partnership.”

Ms Hamilton said supporting grassroots sport “not only nurtures future talent but has many benefits for the wider community”.

The club is currently preparing for the next season and is looking for players to join all grades, as well as for financial sponsors.
