DEVELOPER Cedar Woods Properties started sales at its Bushmead subdivision in Hazelmere last Wednesday.
State manager Ben Rosser said lot prices would start at $293,000 and about two-thirds (185ha) of the site would be retained as bushland.
The remaining 88ha would go to housing.
