Kalamunda: build robots at the touch of a printer

Sally McGlewMidland Kalamunda Reporter

The creative 3D printing workshop will make building robots easy and quickly bring them to life. Just imagine, print then build.

‘Short Circuits: Robotics in the 3D Printing Era’ will focus on the concepts of 3D printing, building robots using simple steps and learning how robots respond and react to events.

Presented by Frontier 3D and Frontier Robotics, this free National Science Week event for youth between 10 and 15 is a great introduction to 3D printing and robotics and introduces the fundamentals of STEM concepts – Science, Technology, Engineering and Maths – through creative learning and fun.
