Kalamunda Library host session on WA’s lost Gallipoli Heroes

Ms Lovelady is the founder of the ‘Gallipoli Dead from Western Australia’ project.

She will speak about the project, how it came about, the team involved, the sources used and the stories unearthed.

Shire president Andrew Waddell said knowing about Australia’s history helped people understand and appreciate the present.

“This free session is a must for all those interested in history, war and ancestry,” he said.

“Ms Lovelady is passionate about her work and what she has uncovered, as well as an engaging storyteller, so be sure to book your seat to discover more about our lost Gallipoli heroes.”

Light refreshments will be provided.

The library is at 7 Williams Street, Kalamunda.

Bookings are essential and can be made online at www.trybooking.com/KUQO or by calling Kalamunda Library on 9257 9969.
