JUST say ‘cheese please’ because there will be plenty to smile about at Kalamunda Farmers Market on Sunday.

Head cheesemaker Robert St Duke from Ha Ve Harvey Cheese will be visiting to give cheese enthusiasts an up-close view of how to make award-winning haloumi and ricotta cheeses.

The demonstration is part of WA Cheese Week events in Perth and will run from 9am-11am.

Harvey Cheese is a family-owned supplier specialising in making cheese to time-honoured methods using creamy milk and low salt.

Charli G’s Dairy Emporium stocks the gourmet cheeses as part of its WA range available at the weekly market, every Sunday from 8am-noon.
