Kwinana Industries Council wins three International Partnership Network Awards

KWINANA Industries Council (KIC) iMEN and iWOMEN programs have won three categories in the International Partnership Network Awards.

The KIC Education Development Program took out the Stem, Innovative and Creative Partnerships and Youth Employability Skills categories.

The development program is a partnership between KIC’s industrial members and the 17 high schools in the region.

The KIC entries now go on to be judged against the winning entries from the seven other world regions later in the year.

Thirty male Year 10 students recently graduated from the KIC iMEN Projects.

Participants had an opportunity to explore and understand the significance of industry in the Kwinana Industrial Area and the broad range of career options that can be available to them.
