Kwinana residents can sink teeth in and take a bite out of Smart Eating Week

KWINANA residents have been learning about healthy lifestyles as part of Smart Eating Week (February 12 to 18).

City of Kwinana’s Healthy Lifestyles Team have set up a stall at Kwinana Marketplace (outside Coles) this week.

On Tuesday there was a cooking demonstration by dietitian Nick Nation.

On Thursday Megan Hardy from Hardy Nutrition will hold a workshop Small swaps can lead to big drops at Wellard Community Centre from 1.30pm to 2.30pm.

A member of the Healthy Lifestyle Team will be at the Marketplace from 10am to 2pm until Saturday, February 17.

The aim of the Healthy Lifestyles Team is to promote and encourage Kwinana residents to lead active and healthier lifestyles.
