Parmelia: man arrested after burglary spree through Leda and Parmelia

A MAN has been arrested after a burglary spree in Parmelia this morning.

Rockingham Detectives has called for any members of the public who believe they may have also been burgled to contact them.

Police received reports between 7.05 am and 7.40am of burglaries in Aaron Lane, Milne Loop, Cimbor Way and Tunnicliffe Street.

Several police vehicles, including the police air wing, responded to locate the offender.

Police said shortly after 8am a man was seen running through yards in Leda on Robbins Retreat, Porter Gardens and Goldney Court, and on the roof of a house in Bilya Gardens.

Patrols were conducted and he was found in Werloo Court.

He was arrested and is assisting police in the investigation.
