THE biggest event of the Kwinana calendar is here again, with the Perth Symphony Orchestra returning for another great performance of everyone’s favourite songs on Saturday, December 7, at Calista Oval.

Kwinana mayor Carol Adams said there was something for everyone, from ABBA hits to Australia’s own AC/DC, performed by special guests before a full orchestra under the stars.

“We are proud to present another world-class, free community event for our residents, neighbours and friends,” Mayor Adams said.

“This style of concert has proven very popular over the last two years as it offers something for people of all ages and tastes.”

The concert set list includes the hits of George Michael, Stevie Wonder, David Bowie and Aretha Franklin, to name a few.

“The music selection has been carefully chosen to put smiles on faces, get toes tapping and have everyone up on their feet,” Mayor Adams said.

“This has all been made possible thanks to the generous contributions of our sponsors Kwinana Industries Council, Fremantle Ports and Lotterywest.”
