Arj Barker to bring brand of organic comedy to Mandurah on May 1

ONE of arguably Australia’s favourite comedians returns to the Perth Comedy Festival next month and will make a stop in Mandurah.

Arj Barker’s stand-up has been described as both insightful and pointed .

As he says: “I always start with the finest free-range topics, nurtured until they are brimming with wholesale hilarity and ready for the telling.”

“Remember, my cruelty free jokes are always tested on animals and 100 per cent goat approved by the time you hear them.”

Barker has made numerous appearances on late night talk shows Letterman and Conan O’Brien as well as Flight of the Conchords, Last Comic Stand and multiple Just for Laughs comedy galas.

He is also a favourite on Australian TV, having appeared on Thank God You’re Here, Rove, Spick and Specks, Good News Week, The Project, Talking ‘bout Your Generation, Have You Been Paying Attention and the Footy Show.
