With its latest production, Murray Music and Drama Club's celebrates more than 45 years of providing entertainment to the community.

Hoedown at the Civic features a range of country and western numbers including favourites such as Jolene and Delta Dawn, while Cotton Eye Joe and Achy Breaky Heart have the audience joining in or jigging along to Thank God Im a Country Boy and Nutbush City Limits.

Song sheets were handed out for The Pub with No Beer and there was a rush to the front of stage for a boot-scooting session. A highlight is a comic skit written by director Graeme Cole and performed by Trick Cole and Les Smithwick that links the second half of the show.
