Bubblegum martini

1 shot of bubblegum vodka 1 shot sour apple liqueur Traditional lemonade Ice

1 Add vodka and liqueur to a cocktail shaker over ice and shake to combine. 2 Strain into a martini glass and top with lemonade.

Watermelon Daiquiri

2 cups of watermelon cubes Squeeze of lime juice 1 shot of white rum 1 shot of triple sec 1 cup of ice Mint sprig to serve

Method

1 add all ingredients to a bullet blender and process till smooth. 2 Serve in a glass with a sprig of mint

Rosemary gin fizz

1 shot of rosemary sugar syrup (see recipe) 2 shots of gin 2 tablespoons of lemon juice Tonic water Ice

Method

1. Shake sugar syrup, gin and lemon juice over ice in a cocktail shaker. 2. Pour into a glass and top with tonic water.

Rosemary sugar syrup

Heat equal parts sugar and water with three sprigs of rosemary until sugar is dissolved. Store in the fridge in an air tight container. The longer it is stored the stronger the flavour.
