I am Jack production deals with bullying

Jill BurgessMandurah Coastal Times

I Am Jack explores the often overlooked insidious taunting and teasing bullies inflict on their victims. The story centres on Jack, who is smart, funny and bullied.

What starts as an off-the-cuff joke during a handball competition soon turns into a set of circumstances in which Jack is no longer safe in the playground.

With the use of self-expression through photography, Jack begins to make sense of his world, of his relationships with others and most importantly, with himself.

His journey is touching and sometimes comical as he moves from victim to victor.
