Murray’s largest community event will transform tranquil historic homestead Edenvale on Saturday and Sunday, June 4 and 5.

The 2016 event is bigger and better than ever, with 11 local bands and musicians performing live to showcase WA’s talented country, blues, folk and contemporary music scene.

There will be loads of entertainment for the young, from free Wi-Fi in the Youth Zone and the Game Vault, Perth’s only Mobile Video Gaming Theatre with its luxurious limousine interior, state-of-the art LED lighting, surround sound and massive 3D LED screens, to musos, foodies, wine lovers and those who enjoy a cultural hit.

Featured acts include Magnificent 7, a leading Australian country-styled act and Fremantle’s quirky folk, alt-country, bluegrass band Justin Walshe Folk Machine.

The entertainment line-up also features the Moorditj Brothers, Rick Morris, John Read, Danny Bau, Matt Hantler, Benjamin Bernal, Josh McKean, Jasmine Atkins and Nate Lansdell.

For the shopaholics and local produce lovers there will be market stalls, the Alcoa Food Emporium and a Wine Tasting Shed.

Indulge in some Murray pastimes by browsing through the vintage car display, quilters display and Liveringa Art Gallery, try pottery, watch woodturning demonstrations and chat to representatives from Murray Historical Society.

For the first time there will be a World War II display to meander through, as well as the Pinjarra Golf/Bendigo Bank Golf Challenge.

The circus acts, young vocalists and dance performances on the children’s stage will keep the kids occupied for hours, as will the Make-A-Wish Art Zone.
