MANDURAH detectives are investigating the assault of an elderly man in Meadow Springs on Friday, September 29.
About 9.55pm, the 75-year-old victim was sitting inside his car, parked outside a residence at Jester Parkway, waiting for a family member who was visiting the home’s occupants.
An unknown man approached the car, opened the driver’s door and punched the man in the head.

He left the area with another person who was standing nearby.
The first offender was described as a man aged 18 to 25 years old, with a medium-athletic build and wearing a dark jumper.
The second offender was described as a male aged 14 to 18 years old, of slim build also wearing a dark jumper.
Shortly after this incident two people with similar descriptions were disturbed attempting to break into a nearby home.
Detectives believe the people pictured above can help with the investigation.
