MANDURAH Detectives are seeking information from the public to assist with their investigation into an indecent assault in Mandurah on Sunday, December 18.
Between 4pm and 5pm, a 60-year-old woman was walking her dogs along the north end of Seashells Beach near Barry Street in Mandurah when she was approached by a man.
They spoke briefly and the man indecently assaulted her before walking off towards Stewart Street.
The man was described as in his 70s, with very fair skin and freckles, about 177cms tall, a slim athletic build, short very light blonde/red hair (possibly a wig), and no facial hair.

Detectives would like to speak to anyone who was in the Seashells beach area who may have seen the man, particularly a couple who were walking their brown Labrador dog and who assisted the woman.
