Between 4pm and 5pm, a 60-year-old woman was walking her dogs along the north end of Seashells Beach near Barry Street in Mandurah when she was approached by a man.

They spoke briefly and the man indecently assaulted her before walking off towards Stewart Street.

The man was described as in his 70s, with very fair skin and freckles, about 177cms tall, a slim athletic build, short very light blonde/red hair (possibly a wig), and no facial hair.

He was wearing a light beige coloured t-shirt with matching knee length shorts.
