Another break-in at Sports Power Mandurah

Another break-in at Sports Power Mandurah

THIEVES broke into Sports Power in Mandurah again last night.

Owner Hayden Burbidge arrived at the Gordon Road store this morning to find a smashed window and broken glass on the floor.

He said the thieves stole about $1000 worth of goods and did about $3000 worth of damage.

It was the second break-in in a week. On Tuesday morning Mr Burbidge arrived at work to find thieves had caused more than $10,000 damage overnight.

Mr Burbidge said he didn’t think he was being targeted. He believes there were different offenders responsible for the break-ins.

Last week Mr Burbidge took to social media saying society needed to change.

“I am so sick of it,” he said.

“We work for it and then these dogs come along and steal it.

“They destroy lives, that’s all they do.”
