Big crowds expected Ulyssess Motorcycle Club AGM

IT IS estimated a Ulyssess Motorcycle Club event in Mandurah will pump millions of dollars into the economy.

About 2000 people are expected to attend the Ulysses Motorcycle Club annual general meeting next year.

Ulysses Motorcycle Club, the biggest social club in Australia, is an over 40s, not-for-profit association promoting the interests of older motorcyclists and supports select charities.

The AGM will be held over seven days from March 22 to 28.

At Tuesday night’s City of Mandurah meeting, councillors will consider $40,000 be listed for consideration in the City’s 2020/21 Operating Budget to support the delivery of the event. Councillors will also vote that $30,000 be provided as in-kind support to assist the event organisers with covering the extra costs applicable to hosting the event on an outdoor reserve.
